Narito ang aasahan:
1/9 Session 1: Ano ang Trauma? Ano ang Trauma Recovery? Malalaman ng mga mag-aaral kung ano ang trauma, ang ating kasalukuyang pag-unawa sa kung paano ito nakakaapekto sa atin, at kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng pagiging "trauma-informed." Sasakupin ang indibidwal na trauma kumpara sa kolektibong trauma. Ang isang talakayan ng trauma recovery at ang kahalagahan ng healing trauma sa isang ligtas na espasyo ng relasyon ay isasama bilang bahagi ng pangunahing pag-unawa sa trauma recovery. Ang mga mag-aaral ay magkakaroon din ng karanasan sa Ancestral Clearing®.
2/13 Session 2: Ano ang Mindfulness? Matututunan ng mga mag-aaral ang pagiging maingat at kung bakit ito ay isang kapaki-pakinabang na tool para sa anumang paglalakbay sa pagpapagaling. 3/13 Session 3: Pagtukoy sa Mga Yugto ng Pagbawi: Matutukoy ng mga mag-aaral ang isang makatotohanang blueprint para sa isang paglalakbay sa pagbawi batay sa makapangyarihan at napatunayang siyentipikong balangkas na binuo ni Dr. Debi Silber at ng PBT Institute tungkol sa pagpapagaling mula sa pagkakanulo.
4/10 Session 4: Awareness of Self and the Collective: Hihikayat ang mga mag-aaral na siyasatin kung paano nakaapekto ang kanilang mga personal na pag-uugali, paniniwala, at kultura, lipunan, at sistematikong mga impluwensya sa kanilang mga karanasan sa buhay. Isang talakayan ng makasaysayang trauma ang isasama.
5/8 Session 5: Compassion: Matututunan ng mga estudyante ang kapangyarihan ng compassion at kung paano palalimin ang kanilang kapasidad para sa self-compassion at compassion bilang isang tool para sa trauma recovery. Isang talakayan ng Mahabagin na Pagtatanong ay isasama.
6/12 Session 6: Pagpapatawad at Pagsuko: Ang mga mag-aaral ay tutukuyin ang pagpapatawad at matututunan ang kahalagahan at epekto ng pagpapaalam. Mag-aalok si Elizabeth ng isang grupong Ancestral Clearing® na karanasan.
7/10 Session 7: Paghinga: Matututuhan ng mga mag-aaral ang agham ng paghinga at ang lugar nito sa pagbawi ng trauma, iba't ibang uri ng paghinga, ang halaga ng hininga sa pagpapagaling, at kung paano ito gamitin sa pagsasanay sa pag-iisip at pang-araw-araw na buhay.
8/14 Session 8: Pag-unawa sa Kahalagahan ng Regulasyon sa Pagpapagaling: Matututuhan ng mga mag-aaral ang mga pangunahing kaalaman ng vagus nerve, ang kahalagahan nito sa karanasan sa trauma, at kung paano ito ma-access para gumaling at makahanap ng katatagan sa kanilang paggaling.
9/11 Session 9: Journaling: Matututuhan ng mga estudyante ang kasaysayan ng journaling, ang mga benepisyo para sa isip, katawan, at espiritu, at kung paano ito gamitin sa isang pagsasanay sa pag-iisip.
10/9 Session 10: Integrasyon: Matututo ang mga mag-aaral na tanggapin ang mga nabuhay na karanasan sa pamamagitan ng regular na paggamit ng mga tool upang mamuhay sa bagong pagkakaisa. Tuklasin nila ang iba't ibang opsyon na magagamit nila upang bumuo ng personalized na pang-araw-araw na pagbawi ng trauma at napapanatiling pagsasanay sa pagpapagaling.
11/13 Session 11: Embodiment of Mindfulness: Ang mga mag-aaral ay magmumuni-muni sa mga paulit-ulit na kagawian at matututo ng embodied transition upang lumikha ng grounded presence na naglalaman ng mindfulness, authenticity, integrity, accountability, at confidence.
12/11 Session 12: Moving Forward in Trauma Recovery: Hikayatin ang mga mag-aaral na magdisenyo ng personal na napapanatiling, at epektibong pagdiriwang at gawain sa pangangalaga sa sarili. Iaalok ang mga alituntunin tungkol sa kung ano ang hahanapin sa isang komunidad na sumusuporta sa pagpapagaling.
