Do you feel like you are taking two steps forward and three steps back? Making improvements, only to sabotage what you are doing? In this discussion we talk about ways that women usually sabotage themselves, some thoughts on why we do that, and some things we can practice daily to keep ourselves from repeating this un-motivating cycle. During this talk, my goal is to make you aware of small changes you can make to your life for big results in your overall happiness and well-being. Progress not perfection.
