Vegan 101- Back To Basics. Very enjoyable, open to discussion, plenty of room for Q & A's, friendly, and easy to access. Learned a couple of things as well. Would have liked more ideas on how to fit veganism into one's everyday life, since shopping, preparing and cooking can be time consuming, as well as expensive, and how to turn non vegans into vegans. We could use more help on that since we live with family members who resist.
