Having experienced the effects of hypnotherapy for myself I took on the challenge to train as a hypnotherapist in 2014. I obtained the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) the following year. I am a member of a number of professional associations including Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I'm particularly interested in the changes that people can make and by that I mean, small changes that can make big differences to the way they live their lives....
