This is a private online/virtual classroom for our Yoga Fundamentals class.
The class is full, but get yourself on the waiting list for my next program by emailing me at Info@CindyBartz.com.
This program is a series of 10 classes.
The first portion of the class is a discussion on one of the eight limbs in yoga.
The second portion of the class we focus on 3 - 6 postures to ensure you are moving in/out of the pose and holding the pose with the alignment necessary for your body structure.
Class size is limited to 10 people in order to have time to help each student individually.
